4. Eat food containing Fiber because fiber in water can help to help lower cholesterol levels. Kinds of food which contain fiber are the skin of wheat or corn, beans, peas plants, pectin is in the apples and other kinds of fruit.
5. Note the label of the food you buy, limit fat to 3 grams or less.
