Ginger contains oleoresin compounds known as gingerol which is as an antioxidant. Because of this antioksidant nature ginger is considered to be useful as anti-aging bioactive components. The bioactive components of Ginger can act to protect the fat/ membrane from oxidation, inhibit the oxidation of cholesterol, and boost immunity. The other benefits of genger are as follows:

1. Headache or migraine
Take the ginger as big as a finger, grilled and crushed. Brewed with a glass of water and give a little palm sugar, drinking all three times a day.

2. Preventing motion sickness
